Once you have entered your profile, you will be able to pay fees, and submit abstracts online.
(Note:  Registration fees do not need to be paid at the time that you enter your profile and submit an abstract.)
 
  
Registration Fees:
                      Full Participant (on or before 9 April 2005):           $400
                      Full Participant (regular rate):                                   $500
                      Graduate Students (on or before 9 April 2005):     $100
                      Graduate Students (regular rate):                            $250
                      One-Day Participant:                                                 $200
                      Accompanying Persons (description)                     $100
  
The Proceedings will only be available to Participants who have paid full fees.
  
The Conference Banquet will require an additional charge.
  
The Welcome Party, the Coffee Breaks, and 2 beverage tickets per day will be provided to all Participants.
Discounted (by $5 per day) brown bag lunches will be provided (11 August to 16 August, inclusive, except 14 Auguest) to Conference Participants who are staying in the Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort.

Important Notes about the Payment of Conference Fees:
Registration fees will be collected online via the commercial service known as PayPal.
In the event that you need to cancel your registration and seek a refund of the fees that you have paid, the following rules apply.
1.  Full refund (minus the $15 transaction fee) if we are notified on or before 9 April 2005. [a]
2.  Refund less $100 if we are notified between 10 April 2005 and 9 July 2005. [a]
3.  No refunds after 10 July 2005.
4.  No separate penalty for banquet or accompanying participant fees refund.
[a]  Refunds can be credited back to your credit card only if we are able to process the request within 60 days of the day that the initial billing occurred.  If we cannot refund your fees in this manner, a bank transfer or check may be used, but you are responsible for any service or conversion charges that might apply.


Accompanying Persons
receive all the benefits of full-participant registration except they may not submit abstracts or receive conference proceedings. Each accompanying person receives a name badge and valise, and may attend the Welcome Reception, all scientific presentations, coffee breaks, Beer Gardens (including 2 drinks per day when the Garden is open), and the discounted lunch (one lunch per day when the brown bag lunches are being served) if residing in the Conference Hotel (Hilton at Walt Disney Resort). The registration fee is $100 for each accompanying person. Accompanying persons may not be low temperature researchers.
