BurstMon output
BurtsMon uses DMT facilities to create
output trends of 1 minute type. One of trends represents current
rate of clusters on time-frequency plane which passed selection cuts.
For each waveform there is a trend showing current interferometer
sensitity expressed as h50 in ADC units. After taking into
account calibration these channel will show sensitivity in strain.
Trend channel names:
- <channel name>_cluster_rate, e.g.
H1:LSC-AS_Q_cluster_rate -
cluster rate per second
- <channel name>_nvar
- noise RMS variability after whitening, shows short-time
nonstationarity of noise
- <channel name>_<waveform name>, e.g.
H1:LSC-AS_Q_sg235q9_h50 - h50 for specific waveform in ADC
units
Additional suffix for trend file names may be set
using
option "-suffix" on command
line or in configuration file. Waveform
name may be set by using option "-name"
in header of waveform file. If
there is no name specified the file name containing waveform without
leading path and trailing suffix will be used as waveform name.
Output trend files are written to the directory
specified in environment variable "DMTRENDOUT".
