SCHEDULES:

I strongly encourage you to finish your reading assignments before class and work on your homework assignments after class. It helps you get familiar with new terms and concepts, and enhances your comprehension of the lectures. Synchronize your reading and homework schedule and keep up on your schedule. Since we are covering one chapter per week on the average, it will be tough to catch up if you once get behind. Whenever you have trouble solving homework problems, you should go back to the related sections in your textbook and reread it, and make it sure that you can solve each problem from the basic principles. If certain parts of the textbook are vague and difficult to understand, do not hesitate to ask me to clarify them.
