you will be asked 4 HITT questions about the class. If you come to class and do the evaluations and answer the 4 questions you will
get 8 HITT bonus points which will improve your HITT grade.

Students with Disabilities: Students requesting classroom accommodation for disabilities must
first register with the Dean of Students Office. The Dean of Students Office will provide documentation
to the student who must then provide this documentation to the instructor when requesting accommodation.
Then you must pick up an Accommodated Test Request (ATR) Form for Fall 2009 from your instructor (in class or
during office hours). This form must be filled out by the student and returned to the Disability
Reseource Center (DCR) a week before the first exam. The Accommodated Testing Service (ATS) at DCR
will then administer all your exams.

H-ITT Registration Errors: Some of you regestered your H-ITT remote in the wrong section of
PHY2048 (i.e. Period 4 or Period 5). To correct this error and receive your H-ITT scores you
must do the folowing:
- Registrar your H-ITT on-line here
for your correct course section.
- Send E-mail to phy2048@phys.ufl.edu with the
information as to which section you would like to drop (i.e. the wrong period).
Your points will eventually appear in your correct section.
