This exam will be cumulative (contains all the topics covered by August 1, 2016). Those students will still need to appear for the final exam on August 5, 2016. This is the only make up exam you will get. If you have missed more than one exam, then the scores for other earlier exams will be zero. There will be no makeup exam for the final exam. May 19 Rabindra's office hours have been changed. Instead of having one of his office hours on Thursdays during period 2, this office hour has been moved to Wednesdays during period 2 (9:30 10:45). This will be the period directly before class.

May 16 Quizzes in discussion sections begin this week. Quizzes are based on the homeowork assignments due before them. Quiz 1 will be based on HW 1.
Old Exams are now posted on this course page. The best approach to studying for future exams is to take an example exam under test taking conditions without looking at the answer key. Only afterward look at the solutions to see what you got right and wrong.
