All students in the class as of today, the day after the end of
the drop/add period, are registered for Wiley Plus. For those
students adding the course late, we have now allowed self-registration
in Wiley Plus. Please do not wait until the last minute
to start your first homework assignment because there are no
extensions on the homework.

|
| 28-Aug-2009 |
Please check your other courses to make sure there are no exam
conflicts. We already know that there is an exam conflict
for Exams 1 and 2 with at least some sections of CHM 2046.
The UF policy for exam conflicts is listed
here.
Note that assembly exams such as those in PHY 2049 take priority
over time-of-class exams. When two assembly exams are in conflict,
the higher course number (2049 > 2046) takes priority.
We need to know of any exam conflicts at least one week prior to
the exam so that we can provide accomodation if we are required
by the above rules.

General announcements to the class will be found here. Check this area
frequently. Discussion sections will meet during the first week.
The Fall semester always has the potential for interuptions in classes
due to a tropical storm or hurricane. This Fall in addition we have the
threat of an H1N1 virus (swine flu) outbreak. Please check this web site
regularly for important announcements.
