| August 9 | Final exam average 7.7 out of 12. Corrected exam master and solutions posted to the website under the exams link. WebAssign grades to be posted to Sakai. Course grades posted to Sakai this weekend. Have a good break and be ready to come back in a couple weeks! |
| August 6 | Make up for exams 2 and 3 tonight at 7 PM in room 1002. I need to postpone the make up for exam 1 until Wednesday at 7 PM in room 1002. Final exam Thursday, August 8 at 11 AM in room 1001. Exam 3 average is 15.2 with 16 people scoring 20. For many reasons, everyone will receive the 5 point bonus for ViaResponse. Instead of dropping 10% of WebAssign, I will drop 20%. Grades will be uploaded to Sakai over the next few days. Final grades posted by the end of Friday. |
| August 1 | For those taking Exam 3 early, the exam will begin at 12:30 in NPB 1002. Exam 3 for the rest of the class will meet from 7-9 PM in NPB 1001 (our lecture room). The master exam and the exam key will be posted Saturday afternoon on the Exams link. Grades will be posted by Monday afternoon. |
| July 30 | Exam 3 Friday August 2. Make-up exams (for those absent earlier in the semester) Tuesday, August 6. Make up exams will use the same breakdowns as the original exams. Correction to Sakai assignment #26: type a "the" where an "a" appears in the quotation taken from the textbook. |
| July 25 | Posted answers to Problems at the end of chapters 9, 10, 11, and 12 on the Homework link. Sakai assignment will be posted by Saturday 7/27. It will be found under the Tests & Quizzes link in Sakai. The questions will direct you to look up information in the text. You will have unlimited attempts at the quiz but you will not receive feedback on what you missed. You can try to improve your score by taking the quiz multiple times. The last score (not the highest) will be recorded. The deadline will be Wednesday August 7 at 5 PM. |

| July 18 | You can take the third mid-term earlier on August 2. Grades will be evaluated before the drop deadline. You will not reveal the exam to your classmates. If taking the exam early causes a conflict with lab, you must see me to schedule a make-up lab. |
