Aug 26: Transferring to 2048 from 2060?

If you are considering a switch from phy2060 to phy2048, the sooner that you make the change the easier the change will be.

Here are some things to consider:

  • Are the examples and derivations in the lectures confusing and presented too fast?
  • Are the quizzes and homework unfamiliar or very difficult? \
  • Are you disappointed with your quiz and homework scores?
  • Does the material seem very different from what you had in high-school?

If too many of the answers to these questions are "yes" then you should give some careful consideration to changing to phy2048.

New information: If you decide to transfer to phy2048, please follow these instructions as soon as is convenient.

The deadline for transferring is Friday, September 24, which is a few days before the first test in phy2048.
