  1. On the Alphas, we had to get xa2.0_cvid_alphaOSF1.o and modify the Imakefile to reflect the changes. Read cinepak.readme for details. We also had to disable the Audio Support.

make xanim
make -n install
make -n install.man
    Then do the last two commands manually to go to /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/man.
