8AM to 5PM / Mon – Fri
Weekends, holidays and weekdays 5PM - 8AM
with UFNF Staff Approval. The following restrictions apply.
• Hazardous Materials, such as acids, that require Personal
Protective Equipment may not be used.
• The following tools are not available:

Wet Benches (Except where solvent
Photoresist/PMMA strip is needed)
- STS PECVD
- Unaxis RIE
- Furnaces
