All participants must include a registration fee of
$300 before December 18            $400 after December 18
Registration includes:   one admission to scientific program, conference proceedings, & lunches for attendees on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Thursday evening welcoming reception, Saturday banquet, and admission to the Florida Museum of Natural History Butterfly Rainforest.

Guests of participants are invited to participate in the social programs, by paying the guest banquet fee of $50.00.

You may give your credit card information on your registration form (fax is secure), or, if you prefer to pay by check, please mail the completed form and check (payable to the University of Florida) to:
