Title: What do we know about inflation? Abstract: Inflationary cosmology has gone from being an attractive paradigm to a standard picture of cosmology. As precision measurements of the cosmic microwave background and large scale structure become available, it is a good time to look critically at inflation and evaluate the state of the art in light of the coming era of precision cosmology. I will focus on the questions: What does inflation predict? How accurate are those predictions? How well does observation constrain those predictions? The answers are not as clear cut as one might hope.
