For the Pasco photogate to work with the PCI series E boards and the
Photogate Timer.vi and the Photogate Timer Two.vi (top level vis),
the following connections are required:

The photogate needs power.  I use one of the board's 5 V lines applied
to the tip of the RCA phono jacks and a digital ground applied to the base of the jack.
I supply these to two connectors for the Two Photogate Timer vi that uses
two photogates simultaneously. The middle sections must be
connected to DIO2 for Photogate(3) and DIO3 for Photogate(4).
