Weekly homework assignments from the end
of chapter problems in Halliday, Resnick and Krane (5th edition) will be graded
on-line using WebAssign. To log in, click on the 
tab. Everyone enrolled in this class will be registered, so you
should be able to log in once the system is up and running. Your username has been set to your gatorlink
username (note, I do not know your gatorlink password!). If your UF email
address is "gator@ufl.edu", then your username is "gator". Enter "ufl" under "Institution".
Your password will initially be the last
five digits of your UFID + four zeros (no spaces or dashes). Once you are logged in,
you are free to change your password to whatever you wish.
Note: You must enable cookies in your web browser in order for WebAssign to work.
I will start entering all of your grades into WebAssign on a weekly basis, e.g. daily homeworks, exams, in-class quizzes, etc.. Thus, you should be able to keep an up-to-date record of your performance in this course by logging in to WebAssign.
