    MSUGRA:The Minimal Supergravity Framework
              In this SUSY model it is assumed that the Gauge couplings unify at the GUT scale,
    (M_GUT~10^16GeV). In other words alpha1=alpha2 at this scale. Gravitational interactions
    in a hidden sector at this scale produce the universal soft SUSY breaking terms. Exact
    coupling unification yeilds too large of a value for the strong coupling constant at the weak
    scale. Therefore in this Minimal SUGRA model ISASUGRA takes the experimental value
    for the strong coupling constant. In this version of SUGRA, massive neutrinos are included,
    as well as a right handed neutrino. The neutrino Yukawa coupling is computed using the
    simple see-saw model.
