Apr 19 Distributed Information Concerning the Final Exam.
Apr 14 Distributed handout: Second Quantization: Creation and Annihilation Operators
Apr 12 Distributed Homework 9 (due Apr 21).
Apr 7 The final exam will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, not from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 29. Further details will be announced later.

There will be no office hours on Thursday, April 8. Homework 8 may be submitted without a late penalty right up to the final deadline for this assignment: 5:00 pm on Monday, April 12.

Mar 26 Distributed Information Concerning Mid-Term Exam 2.
Mar 19 There will be no class on Wednesday, March 24. (Kevin Ingersent will be out of town from Monday afternoon through Thursday night.)

It was decided in class today that Exam 2 will be held on Wednesday, March 31 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The exam will focus on perturbation theory (both time-independent and time-dependent).
