The following was adapted from instructions provided by the UF Libraries.

You can access the Course Reserves either from a terminal in a UF library or from an outside computer. If you use a computer outside the ufl.edu domain, you will have to provide a valid Gator 1 card number.

At a UF library terminal: Click on START and from WEB BROWSERS select Netscape Navigator 4.03. Then follow the numbered instructions below.

From any outside computer: In addition to a Web browser you will need Acrobat Reader 3.0, which can be downloaded for free from http://www.adobe.com. Start your Web browser, then follow the numbered instructions below.

  1. Point your Web browser to the UF Course Reserve search page at http://web.uflib.ufl.edu/reserve.html.
  2. Type in either your course (PHY 2005) or your instructor's name (Ingersent) in the appropriate box and click on "Submit". If using the course number, be sure to leave a space between the three letter prefix and the four digits.
  3. Click on your instructor's name when given a list of possible matches.
  4. Click on the desired item from the course list. The item must have the word ONLINE in the title. Then, to see the actual online record, click where it says "Click Here!".
  5. To print, click on File under Acrobat Reader and select Print. (You must select 300 dpi and Shrink to Fit.)

Note: To print at the Marston Science Library, you must be at a table with a printer and have an orange copy card. Copy cards can be purchased with a one dollar bill at the dispenser on the 3rd floor.
