7 Critical fluctuations and slowing down

We look at two questions. First the magnitude of the fluctuations about equilibrium; second, the speed of approach to equilibrium. To do this we'll arrange to get three graphs superposed.

The preset gives a very high T of 100 J but with the system initially fully magnetized. Run and copy graph. Click the init. button, reset the graph, (the order of these two is important), set the temperature to 4 J, and run. Click steal data on the copied graph. Repeat one more time with the temperature at 2.8 J.

Moving the cursor among the items in the legend at the upper right of the graph highlights one or another of the curves to help in comparisons.
