Aimee Field


Aimee is a first year graduate student at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She is working towards her Ph.D. in the Cognition & Development Program. Her studies include the development of child language and cognition. She is currently working on a Masters Thesis with Professor Mike Tomasello at Emory.


Aimee received her B.A. degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. She majored in Psychology and conducted research in Linguistics. She graduated in the Spring of 1997 with High Distinction. She played on the UVa tennis team for one year.


Aimee received her International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma from Eastside High School in Gainesville, Florida in 1993. While at Eastside she played on the varsity tennis team and competed on the USTA junior tennis circuit in Florida.
