Jimmie teaches the "Enrichment Program" at Talbot Elementary School (grades 1-3) (Jimmie's Homepage). She has taught there since 1990. She has also taught in the Gainesville "Super-Summer" Program.
Jimmie received her California Teaching Credential from San Francisco State University in 1968.
She took graduate courses in education at the
University of California
at Berkeley and has taught kindergarden through fourth grade
and the "Gifted Program" in California and New York.
Jimmie received her certificate to teach
"Gifted Education" in Florida from the
University of Florida
in 1991.
