Data on the transverse momentum distribution of charged particles (|eta| < 1) in
the "transverse" region
for PTJ1 > 2 GeV/c, 5 GeV/c, and 30 GeV/c, where PTJ1 is the transverse momentum of the leading
charged jet. The points corresponds to the
charged particle density dNchg/dPT and the integral of the distribution gives the
average number of charged particles in the "transverse"
region, <Nchg(transverse)>.
The errors on the (uncorrected) data include both statistical and correlated systematic
uncertainties.
