This is EzTeX v1.0. It includes these files:

readme.ez        this file
inputs.zip       EzTeX macros
doc.zip          the documentation
bin.zip          batch files and executables for index generation

If you are using MikTeX or equivalent newer TeX implementations, the 
above are all that you need. Put the macros in a convenient place, 
like C:\TeXmf\tex\Ez. Place the docs similarly, like C:\TeXmf\doc\EzDoc,
and the binaries and batch files somewhere on the path, like 
C:\TeXmf\miktex\bin. Regenerate the filename database and you are 
done.
