Gijs Bosman
- The Noise Research Laboratory is focussed on understanding and improving charge transport and noise properties of novel semiconductor devices, electronic circuits and systems. Current topics of interest include: a noise study of Quantum Well Infrared Photodetectors, a study relating electrical device performance of submicron device structures to the quality of the silicon substrate material using noise as a figure of merit, the development of a device noise simulator to be used as a postprocessor to existing generalized box, numerical device simulators, and a study of mixer and phase noise in non-linear RF silicon circuits.
