Guenther Hochhaus - Research includes the development of novel analytical techniques for the measurement of drugs in biological fluids by chromatographic and immunological techniques; the metabolism, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of opioid peptides, pharmacokinetic/dynamic (PK/PD) behavior of anti-asthmatic drugs and their relevance for the formulation of targeted pulmonary delivery systems.
