Mark Law - Dr. Law is interested in defects, diffusion, and dopant activation in semiconductors. He is particularly interested in these phenomena in nanometer thick layers where processing is controlled by surface phenomena. He is also interested in numerical techniques for partial differential equations, including finite element methods, parallel computing, and adaptive mesh generation.
