University Women's Club Scholarship

$1000 award to full-time students in their 3rd or 4th year with 3.6 GPA in honor of the past wives of the presidents of UF. Requires you to submit one application, an essay and two letters of recommendation with one being form your supervisor of a service activity. Ruth and Earl Sawyer Grant-In-Aid

Eligibility: Awarded annually to a student who: (1) has demonstrated financial need; (2) is preferably a senior but must have passed with a grade of C or better at least four standard physics courses beyond the complete first-year physics course sequence.
Award: Approximately $500, depending on endowment earnings. http://www.clas.ufl.edu/scholarships/physics.html There are several scholarships available to UF students based on merit and other criteria such as high school location and performance. Please visit the website below, and you may find scholarships relevant to your experiences (i.e. the L. Gale scholarship annually awards international students).
