Academic Updates

UF Physics academic updates will be posted here and on social media during COVID-19 crisis.

March 24

The summer labs (online) will be posted on ONE.UF for students to register by the end of the week.

March 23

UF Physics will offer some summer sections of online labs. The number of sections that the department is able to offer is dependent on the availability of equipment for students to use at home. Once we know the availability of equipment, we will open up sections, giving priority to those students who need the lab to graduate in the Summer or Fall 2020 terms.

March 20, 2020

During Summer 2020 Session C, #UFPhysics plans to offer all sections of lecture courses (online) as scheduled. All available seats are currently posted on ONE.UF for students to register. We will also offer some sections of online labs, but we do not know yet how many seats will be available for students. These seats will also be posted on ONE.UF. Priority will be given to students who need these courses to stay on track for graduation in the Summer 2020 term. If you would like to take the lab course online during the Summer term please fill out the Physics Class Request List at https://forms.phys.ufl.edu/requestlist/.
