- Pierre Sikivie, chair of the search committee, calls a meeting at 1.45 p.m. on September 9th in NPB 2165. Agenda: Organization of the search. Present: P. Sikivie, BingKan Xue, Wei Xue, R. Woodard, J. Yelton. The composition of the advertisement was discussed. December 1st was set for the deadline for applications if this proves feasible. It was decided that we would have short zoom meetings with candidates before progressing to campus visits.
