International Workshop on Transition Edge Sensor Device Physics

The Physics Department at the University of Florida is pleased to host a workshop on the physics of TES devices from August 17-18 2006. The workshop will focus on the topics at the forefront of TES research including:

  • Noise Behavior in Transition Edge Sensors

  • Effects of Thermalization in Absorber and Thermometer

  • Non-linearities in the TES Response

  • Scaling to Large Arrays

The workshop will consist of both oral presentations and poster sessions. Abstracts for contributed papers are due by May 15, 2006 and should be sent via e-mail to tes3@phys.ufl.edu.
