Society of Physics Students

Dear members of SPS,

In the light of what is happening around the world today, we wish you and your loved ones the best of health. Please stay safe, practice social distancing, and maintain proper sanitation. We have moved all our meetings, events and tutoring online for this semester. Look out for our weekly emails to find zoom links to the meetings. We hope to see you at our meetings and don’t hesitate to reach out to us through any platforms.

Best regards,
Urja Shah, President

Events

We have free introductory physics tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.30pm – 7.30pm. Every Wednesdays we have office hours from 5.30pm-6.30pm. On alternate Wednesdays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm we will be having our GBMs or “Meet the Professor” events.

Tutoring

Free tutoring is available for UF students only (members of SPS). We tutor college level introductory physics.

Private tutoring is available for most classes and at most education levels (middle school through college) outside of SPS and UF. This would be at cost to the students at whatever the tutors decide.
